Standard Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by your order total size and weight.Shipping Times
Merchandise will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days from when payment is received. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse to meet the stated delivery.Digital Merchandise
Digital Merchandise may take up to 24hrs to process before it is available for downloading. You can check your order status at any time after placing your order. A link will be available on our website once your order status is updated to "delivered." If it has been longer than 24hrs and your download has not shown up, please notify us via email or phone to expidite processing.Return Policy
Eligible orders may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order but must first be approved (digital downloads are non-returnable). Return shipping must be paid at your own expense and shipping already paid to ship your order will not be reimbursed. A restocking fee of 10% or $1 (whichever is greater) will be charged unless the return is a result of Memories Complete's error. If the later is the case, Memories Complete will issue a full refund by paying for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fee and accept all returned items if the item is returned within the 30 days of receipt.
